Minimum Order
Please note that there is no minimum order. We are happy to send even a reel of thread or a single zip. Delivery charges are explained in the Delivery section
Returns & Replacements
If you are not happy with the goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with your consumer rights. You will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing. Please phone us first to discuss this or email us on info@temptations.co.uk

Temptations, 31 Main Street, Bentham, Lancaster, LA2 7HQ. with a brief explanation with regards to your reason for return. This is to help us with the service that we offer our customers.
Please note:
- Any cut lengths of fabric must be checked carefully before you start to use them - we cannot replace any that you have started to use.
- Please take reasonable care of your goods before they are returned. Failure to do this will result in a charge for the reduction in value due to damage or deterioration.
- We will not accept the return of faulty goods if you have not notified us before returning them.
- If the goods are returned and we accept that they are faulty then we will reimburse you with the value of the order plus any reasonable postal charges.
- if the goods are returned as faulty and we find them not to be so, then these will be returned to the customer, only after another postal charge has been obtained. No money will be refunded.
- We cannot accept responsiblity for any breaks in yarn that appear within the ball/hank
